A Comparative Analysis of Seismic Site Response in Time and Frequency Domains

This study aims primarily to perform a comparative analysis of the seismic response soil profile, in time and frequency domains, order evaluate subjected excitation. After few remarks made on responses given by linear elasticity method for this type problem, it was considered necessary use SHAKE 2000 PLAXIS study. The obtained results were then compared with those available theoretical predictions. Rock elasticity, viscous damping hysteresis, nonlinearity ground taken into account. In addition, comparisons between recorded also conducted.
